Mai’s academic background is equally impressive, holding an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from the American University of Beirut (AUB). Her commitment to lifelong learning led her to pursue executive development programs at renowned institutions like Hult Ashridge International Business School. As a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Mai is a fervent believer in continually refining her expertise, ensuring she remains at the forefront of the latest industry trends and practices. Dean Prince

Dean Prince is a highly accomplished with over twenty-five years of extensive experience across marine, logistics, ports, engineering, and construction industries. As a certified Lead Auditor for five international standards, he has demonstrated a remarkable ability to conceptualize, develop, and implement effective HSEQ policies and initiatives. His efforts have been recognized with numerous accolades, including 27 British Safety Council Sword of Honors and 21 Globe of Honors and multiple HSE awards from different clients. Dean’s strong leadership skills enable him to provide expert guidance and strategic direction to stakeholders at all levels, fostering a culture of safety and excellence within organizations.
Background
Dean holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Health and Safety from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, where he received the Dean’s Certificate of Commendation for being in the top 10% of his class. Committed to continuous professional development, Dean has participated in various advanced training programs, including leadership development and specialized safety auditing courses and Kelvin TOP-SET senior investigator. His comprehensive understanding of health and safety management, combined with his proactive approach to risk mitigation, positions him as a leader in the field, dedicated to achieving superior safety outcomes and fostering organizational resilience.
